CallMi(x) is a revolutionary instrument for customer services to reduce the burden of contact centers by enabling customers to visually navigate in the customer service menus, access various information, and interactively communicate with the business before him/her reaches out for a live operator.

CallMix displays visually the structure of any IVR of any customer service, allowing the customer to navigate in the menu and choose directly the appropriate option, without having to wait for long and exhausting vocal guidance.
